Your official exam certificates are now available for collection from the exams office at Kingsthorpe College.

 

All certificates must be collected in person.  Please remember you will require these certificates as proof of exam results for Colleges, Universities and Employers.  Any certificates which are not collected will be returned to the exam boards in 24 months and you will have to apply to the boards to have another printed which will incur a cost.  We also have a large number of certificates from 2015/2016 still awaiting collection.

Any unclaimed certificates prior to 2015 can be collected from the archives,  these will require 48 hours notice and there will be an administration cost of £5.00. 

All certificates older than 2015 if uncollected will be destroyed in March 2018 as schools/colleges are only required to retain certificates for a period of 12 months from the date of issue.

Replacement certificates costs vary per board and are per series (a series is a set of exams taken in the same period, e.g. all your GCSEs taken in one summer or winter sitting).   Exam boards will require a minimum of  6 weeks notice to produce replacement certificates and applications for these are all done on line through the relevant exam board web sites.
